PRODUCTION AND TECHNOLOGY

Vinos & Bodegas has the most modern factory in the world with a state of the art technology. Our production ranges from Grape Juice Concentrate S02 free, White and Red Juice Concentrates to Deionized Juice. It is the largest Spanish company specialized in the production of Grape Juice Concentrate and not from Concentrate (NFC).

Built in 1997, with a production capacity of 45.000 Mtons. of concentrate and 30 million liters of NFC, Vinos & Bodegas is the leading company in Spain for production and exports of grape juice. In 2016 we were the firs Spanish Grape Juice exporter, with a total volume of 29.000 Mtons and 20.000 Tons of NFC. We processed 100 million liters of raw material both white and red.

Located in Socuéllamos, Ciudad Real, that is the worlds’ largest production center; the raw material, the single strength (the must) is in within the firs 30 kilometers that surround the factory.

It is important to remark that our factory’s production system is “just in time”. We produce for 24 hour per day to have always fresh products.

Vinos & Bodegas has as well, an Exports Department, Logistics, Costumer Service, Sales, etc. to satisfy the most demanding customers’ requirements.

NFC Grape Juices Production

We produce our NFC Grape Juices from a selection of own grapes (Airen, Bobal, Tempranillo, Merlot and Garnacha Tintorera varieties) and bought directly from other farmers of our region, La Mancha: the ideal Spanish region for the growing of these grape varieties, due to its warm climate, dry soil and other natural conditions which give the grapes their outsanding characteristics and superb quality for the production of NFC Grape Juices.
Total traceability
Total traceability is guaranteed by buying the raw material directly from farmers, and doing the whole production process by ourselves, which gives us control over the product in every step and sustainable production in the whole supply chain.Using state of the art technology, with high capacity of cold storage and filtration, we are able to produce our NFC Juices with minimum interference with their natural characteristics, allowing us to supply our customers with a juice that is organoleptically and nutritionally as close as possible as the grapes that were used to produce it.
Filtration process

Our filtration equipments are of the latest technology, and they guarantee stability of the product and ultimate food safety, while allowing us a big production capacity (40 million liters per year).
Unparalled Cold Storage
Our increased and unparalleled cold storage capacity (10 million liters) gives us the possibility to store these juices throughout the year without losing their properties during that time, serving the NFC juice in spread shipments, and thus catering to the needs of our clients, allowing them to program their production and bottling schedules with more flexibility.
